Preparing for the interview

EY’s US guidance says selection varies by role, experience and service line. As one regional example, EY-Parthenon Strategy in Australia describes graduate interviews over two or three rounds. Confirm the exercises for your own team.

What to practise

  • Understand whether the work centres on strategy, transactions or corporate finance.
  • Prepare examples of your achievements, decisions and what you learned.
  • Ask which case, technical or experience-based exercises are included in your invitation.

The Australian example does not establish a US interview format. EY-Parthenon should not be treated as one identical process across all services.
